No. Drink verification happens on-device, and DrinkFirst does not store or upload your videos.

How does DrinkFirst work?

Choose the apps you want to protect. When you try to open them, DrinkFirst asks you to take a drink and unlocks them once the drink is verified.

Do I have to track every glass?

No. Just drink when DrinkFirst asks you to. There’s no need to manually log every glass.
